Writing a research paper is no easy task. So, you have my condolences. But, think of it this way. If you write a research paper on a subject that you care about, then you can make other people care about it as well.

It all really depends on how you present your paper. You see, you can easily make your research paper a lot more interesting.

If you want to know how to do this, then I suggest you look for a research paper example to give you a few ideas. But I also have some suggestions.

For one: quotations.

I will tell you many ways to use quotes in your research paper so that you can make your paper interesting.

Here it goes. Or you can ask others to write my essay for me.

Technique #1: Use Dropped Quotes

Dropped quotes are not full quotes. Rather, they are phrases from a quotation that you can use to make your point.

You do not need to list the entire quote if it is not necessary. Use only a portion of it so that the understanding of the reader increases.

Example: Studies show that this technique is “unique and versatile”.

Technique #2: Use Full Sentences

There are times when dropped quotes don’t really explain enough so we have to use complete sentences. This is the most common type of quotation technique used because it is so effective.

How? Well, a complete sentence provides clarity to the reader.

Example: Business Insider has discovered that due to global warming some of the world’s biggest cities could become unlivable in the next 80 years.

Technique #3: Use Block Quotes

Blockquotes are quotes that are very long. Usually, they take more than four lines of space and are written in a separate block.

Mostly, they are used sparingly in a research paper because of their size. But if you think that any information is crucial, then you can use a block quote for it.

Example: The crisis of the First World War did not just occur suddenly but was years in the making…

Technique #4: Use Indirect Quotes

I know when you think of quotes, you think “copy, paste”. But there are times when you don’t need to do that. If you have used too many quotes in your paper then you can paraphrase some and just add the source.

So, if the original quote was “The impact of the crisis on the economy was minimal at best”, you can write According to author ABC, the crisis did not impact the economy on a large scale”.

If you are confused, consult an essay writing service to complete this task for you.

Technique #5: Don’t Use too Many Quotes

This is crucial when it comes to any type of paper. Using too many quotes means that you have borrowed too much from others.

This means you don’t have many ideas of your own. This gives a bad impression so try not to use too many quotes in your paper.

Technique #6: Use Quotes as Evidence

If you need to present a very important piece of evidence, then you can always use a direct quote instead of paraphrasing.

If the quote is too long then use the block quote method, otherwise, just use full sentences. But if it is important to your research then mention it.

Example: The biomass of ants is larger than humans.

That’s all folks!

I am afraid, that is all the information that I can give you on using quotations. But if you still feel that you will have trouble writing a research paper then I can give a suggestion.
